2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread (fresh and/or organic brings a lot of flavor and less chemicals)
5-6 raw spinach leaves
3-4 cucumber slices (spritzed with olive oil and vinegar)
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
1. Place Spinach leaves on one slice of bread.
2. Lightly spread the guacamole on top of the spinach.
3. Spritz cucumbers with olive oil and vinegar and place on top of the guacamole.
4. Top with crushed red pepper flakes and slice of bread.
