1/2 cup of raw fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup of bok choy
1/ 2 medium avocado
2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup alkaline water
1. Combine spinach, bok choy, water and 1/2 of almond milk and blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
2. Add avocado, lime juice, Vanilla Garden Life Plant Protein Powder, remaining almond milk, and chia seeds.
3. Blend until smooth and serve in a chilled glass.
